Mô tả công việc

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and supervise all tasks of housekeeping attendant team.

- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set.

- Conduct regular room checklists; Record room status in allocated section accurately.

- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.

- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.

- Level of Education: Vocational (Housekeeping).

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

- Notion in English.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills

- Results and service oriented with an eye for details

- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
