Front Desk Clerk ( 6 - Month - Casual Labor) - Nhân viên Lễ tân (Thời vụ làm 6 tháng)

• The Front Desk Agent ensures that guests are provided with the immediate and professional service

• Provide general facilities and the latest equipment and service for the convenience of guests.

• Provide hotel information and offer the assistance with a perfect knowledge of hotel’s services & facilities and area information.

• She/he will ensure that her/his section is perfectly tidy at any time, the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.

• To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Lotte Hotel Hanoi are followed successfully and permanently.

• The Front Desk Agent will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the front desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the check in and check out process, which occur at the front desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.

• Sales and assignment of guest room, checks guest in and out.

• Warmly welcome guests in a friendly and professional way .With repeat guest, it is compulsory to give recognition to guest.

• Fulfil guest expectation and deliver excellent service.

• Coordinate with concierge/bell/front desk during guest arrival/departure

• He/she must perform all tasks per instructions of the Front Desk Supervisor/Assistant Front Office Manager.

• Kinh nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực lễ tân khách sạn (chưa có sẽ được đào tạo)
• Có tiếng Anh tốt, chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc
• Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, chỉn chu.
• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc các bằng cấp tương đương (ưu tiên)
• Đảm bảo làm toàn thời gian trong 6 tháng

Trong trường hợp không được tuyển dụng lần này, Khách sạn có thể lưu trữ hồ sơ của bạn trong thời gian 1 năm để xét tuyển cho cơ hội việc làm phù hợp khác trong tương lai.
