I. Description
1. Research local dishes and materials to create a new menu for CPR.
2. Oversee the operation of innovation and development menu of products (food and drink menu) based on development trends of the market and Local Specialty.
3. Organize testing sessions, develop guidance documents for the new product.
4. Participate and communicate with other Departments on launching the program.
5. Review setup at Restaurant and Kitchen, and recommend adjusting to fit with the development.
6. Recommend reducing cost and improving product quality.
II. Outcome
1. Developing the new Menu for CPR with more dishes and special dishes.
2. Training Kitchen and Restaurant on the new menu.
3. Stabilize food sources for the menu. Reduce costs and improve quality.
4. Stabilize the cooking quality of the Kitchen.
5. Ensure staff understand the menu and introduce it to guests well.
