Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and maintain relationship with potential accounts based on Accor sales standards.
  • Develop sales strategies for area of direct responsibility, adhere to strategy and ensure targets are met.
  • Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business
  • Manage the corporate head office and the preferred hotel history for that company
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual Business Plan.
  • Monitor all product and performance standards and ensure action is taken when standards are not being met.
  • Plan, upsell and consult with client for detail of meeting or function to include space requirements, times, audio-visual equipment needs, billing instructions, etc.
  • Resolve any issues, complaints and/or problems to ensure quality deliver and client satisfaction.
  • Follow proper event management procedures for event execution that include Banquet Event Order creation, Food & Beverage forecasting, resume communication, amenity or VIP designation, and room block management
  • Meet VIP’s on arrival, conduct site inspections and host important potential and existing clients as required
  • Deputise for the DOS in his/her absence

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 02 years of professional experience in Sales in International hotels as Sales Manager or 01 year of experience in same position.
  • Bachelor Degree in Tourism & Hospitality; Commerce, Economics or Marketing.
  • Strong knowledges and understanding of the market.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
