Mô tả công việc

• In charge of personnel recruitment, development plans for team members.

• Duties include daily operation, Champion of loyalty program, assign roster according to hotel business requirement, maintain and reinforce brand standards, performance management and coaching of Front Office team.

• Areas of responsibilities include Front Desk, Executive Lounge, Service Centre, Fitness Center and Bell Service.

• Guide and coach Front Office team to succeed in Brand Audits with high result.

• Effectively guide and counsel employee to reflect service strategies and procedures to meet the standards of Accor brand.

• Work directly with Front Office Manager to analyze guest satisfaction scores and trends; and develop action-plans to effectively improve services quality.

• Co-operate with Director of Sales and Sales Team to prepare and provide full services for high-profile business, convention, entertainment groups to the hotel.

• Coordinate with Security) for proper fire and emergency evacuation procedures.

• Any other duties that may be assigned by The Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Lack of manning

• Management of the guest service experience / personalization

• Management of guest complaints

• Work equipment (computers, printer, POS etc.) failure

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.

• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of travelling or visa requirements in Vietnam.

• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding immigration.

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.

• Service oriented with an eye for details.

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.

• Good presentation and influencing skills

• Quick thinking, strong problem handling skills
