OTA & E- COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Manage E-commerce, B2B, Holiday Rentals, Channel Manager, Booking Engine RMS, CRM, PMS systems of Chiic partner hotels nationwide

Maintain and build relationships with Market Directors, Host Ambassadors in the provinces

Research, parsing to assess the variable field, booking needs, competitors

Revenue manager tracks the factor effects on daily sales

Research and propose upgrading topics to suit the business situation of the hotel.

Plan, build E-commerce operation plan for each tool

Handling problems during e-commerce operations: discrepancies, overload, overbooking, relocation, revenue leaks, mapping, ...

Upgrade monitoring monitoring system of E-commerce Hotels according to Chiic's standards

Completion of the business numbers is just in place.

Supporting goods are hotels

Participate in workshops, seminars for the organization

Participate in hotel, job, and farm-trip surveys

Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance performance and reporting related KPIs.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 17:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm

Undergraduate student majoring in E-commerce, Sales & Marketing, Finance

At least 1 year experiences at the same position

Proficient system use: OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, PMS Opera-Smile

Attention to details and careful manual
