Mô tả công việc
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls courteously and accurately; respond to guest inquiries and follow up on requests.
- Provide hotel and F&B information, take Room Service orders, and perform personalized wake-up calls.
- Handle guest complaints professionally over the phone and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Identify VIP, Melia Rewards and repeat guests to deliver personalized service.
- Ensure timely message delivery and issue telephone invoices when required.
- Comply with standard operating procedures, Melia Loyalty programs, and emergency & safety regulations.
- Remain alert to suspicious calls or situations and report immediately to Duty Manager or Security.
- Maintain a clean, professional work area and good coordination with other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficiency in English, speaking in Korean is plus point;
- University diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Good knowledge of the office package.
- Knowledge of Customer experience tools will be highly valued.
- Strategic vision, quality and professionalism, proactivity for excellence, strong communication and influence, analytical thinking, service orientation and teamwork.
