Mô tả công việc
- Coordinator with GM's Secreatary for developing, executing, and overseeing GM's daily and meeting agendas.
- Support to GM's Secreatary process and manage incoming/ outgoing dispatches of the GM's office.
- Organizing the GM's documents and records.
- Assist the GM's office with administrative duties such as greeting customers and partners
- Report compilation directed by GM.
- Create and design images and content in the resort assigned by GM.
- Execute any other duties assigned by GM.

- Transportation Allowance: 2,000,000-3,000,000 VND (Applied for 3 months internship periods and above)

Yêu cầu công việc
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in photo and video editing is considered an advantage.
- Customer service skills are a valuable asset.
