Mô tả công việc

- Identify potential tenants that align with the mall, target market and tenant mix.

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and secure high-quality tenants.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure their satisfaction and ongoing success.

- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

- Oversee lease documentation and coordinate with legal teams when necessary.

- Coordinate tenant fit-outs and store openings, ensuring timely completion and adherence to mall standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field

- 2 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably in retail or mall leasing.

- Strong understanding of leasing principles, negotiation techniques, and market trends.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to evolving market dynamics.

- Proficiency in lease documentation and legal requirements.

- Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in using leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
