Mô tả công việc

• Maintain quality control for all Security operations. Perform tasks efficiently and effectively

• Organize security measure for VIPs, special functions etc. Participate in all guest/staff activities by engaging in securing personnel

• Handling complaints - When a complaint comes, it needs to be resolved immediately within given authority. When beyond given authority, need to report to Superior timely

• Maintain safe working habits, report any broken or damage equipment to your superior

• Ensure high production in all work areas of the Security Department. Stay alert and vigilant at all times.

• Mark recommendations for hotel's safety and security improvements to the management

• Direct investigation of all incident in the Hotel together with Duty Manager for guests' issues

• Familiar with handling all Crisis Management (Fire, Drowning, bomb threat, Injury, Earthquake, Storm)

• Handle with proper attention the work assigned by Security Manager

• Promote safety awareness for all employees. Conduct refresher training as and when necessary.

• Maintain records of all training, fire drills, tests and recommendations for improvements.

• Listen to or once received the updated information of the town especially safety and security matters, must report to the superiors immediately as necessary

Requirements:

• 3 years of progressive experience in 4-5 stars hotel.

• Passion for leadership and teamwork

• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related major and Certified CPR, First Aid instructor & training in law enforcement techniques desired

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
