Mô tả công việc

• Ensure the timely procurement of all goods required by the hotel at the best available price and quality.

• Ensure the implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.

• Engage in value analysis of currently purchased materials in an effort to achieve cost savings without sacrificing quality.

• Support FC and Purchasing Manager in reviewing lower cost substitute materials with all departments if any

• Conduct periodic market surveys in association with the Departments concerned to determine and/or validate the availability and prices of market goods.

• Coordinate and liaise with the related Department on all matters relating to quality and reliability of delivery with respect to current and potential suppliers.

• Keep track of all outstanding purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time.

• To cultivate a sound relationship with the Hotel's suppliers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 1 years of purchasing experience in hotel industry

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language, Fluently Vietnamese

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
