Mô tả công việc

Meet or exceed SP rating for assigned balanced scorecard and annual goals.
Effective individual contributor and team player.
Actively seek to be current with new technology within the hotel industry and Company.
Maintains computer/PABX etc. facilities and offices in a clean and orderly manner.
Passes technology related Internal and PCI audits.
Meets IR PCI related audit compliance.
Meets IR Technology Internal Audit compliance.
Remediates appropriate findings from owner audits.
Assists opening phase of new/conversion hotels if assigned or part of new Opening Hotel team as assigned.
Demonstrates ability to operate independently (as well remotely)
Produces results Build and maintain positive and effective relations with other members of Regional IR, Property Management team members and technology partners, resulting in an effective work environment.
Effectively executes process and procedure on Systems Management including patching, pre-emptive maintenance, upgrades, backup, disaster recovery planning and testing
Accountable/Responsible for Marriott’s Security Standards and PCI requirements in the property/properties

Yêu cầu công việc

One-year prior experience in operating or opening one of our Company Managed Hotels alternatively prior experiences in operating or opening one of our competitor Hotels.
Minimum 1 year in an Associate Supervisory role.
Competent written and spoken English skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Past Project Management and Organization skills.
Proven negotiation skills.
