We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to lead our commercial success from Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a high-profile role for a connected, commercially astute luxury hospitality leader who can shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and build meaningful relationships with the world’s leading luxury travel networks.

Required skills:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good Communication and writing skills

Qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in hospitality/Tourism/Business Management. Related fields: English as a Foreign Language/Marketing.

Experience:

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in Asia and ideally the US or European markets. Overseas applicants welcome.
