• Coordinate with Marketing Manager to plan and produce content strategies in alignment with performance goals

• Create various content types (photos, videos, infographics, etc.) with relevant tones and styles, adhering to the respective guidelines

• Research industry-related trends to develop creative and relevant content and campaigns

• Improve resort’s SEO presence across digital channels and widen the overall marketing reach

• Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital activities using tools such as Google Analytics and utilize data for future activities

• Represent Marketing and facilitate the hosting of KOLs and marketing-related personnel on site

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to execute the content development and visual design of promotional materials

• Support in facilitating resort’s official photography and video shoots

• Monitor website content and OTA assets to update and polish when appropriate

• Perform other Marcom functions that may be required by Marketing Manager

• Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe

• Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content

• Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
