Chuyên viên Kỹ thuật (Level Manager)

• Making plans, technical plans, lists and items of materials for related equipment. Manage, inspect and guide employees to comply with standards.
• Engineering manager also does the work of data storage records, repair and maintenance records, budget preparation.
• In addition to ensuring the smooth and correct operation of machinery and equipment, the manager of this department also finds ways to improve, improve the quality of repair and service, and plan Maintenance of equipment and buildings.
• Technical safety management. Develop training and professional development plans for team members. Allocate work to subordinates, direct and guide them to complete their work well.
• Working with partners, consulting, explaining technical issues to customers (departments and contractors), as well as directors.
• Good handling of incidents and risks arising. Ensure technical work always complies with rules and standards.
• In addition to the main tasks mentioned above, Engineering Manager is responsible for reporting the technical work, his/her management department to Director.
• Review, report, spend, enforce rules and decide to purchase materials or services, estimate costs.

• Bachelor's degree or Engineer's degree in Electric – Refrigeration or related field
• Leadership ability, working under pressure.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines for projects in charge.
• Understanding of enterprise project implementation.
• Experience in project & Technical supervision, at least 03 years in management.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to communicate and convey information.
• Computer skills, working with budget management and CAD software.
