We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment and Training Officer to manage all aspects of recruitment, training, and internal relationships in our hospitality business. The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the overall business strategy

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements

• Collaborate with management to understand company needs and devise an appropriate training strategy

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends, developments, and best practices

• Support HRM to foster positive relationships between employees and management through mediation, handling labor disputes, and guiding department managers through employee issues

• Proven experience as a Recruitment and Training Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry

• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes

• Proficiency in Offices software

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field

• English language skills, both written and spoken are preferable.
