Chuyên viên Đào tạo/Learning & Development Executive (Training Executive)

1. Design and develop training programs: Develop training programs that meet the needs of the Resort's employees. This includes identifying training needs, designing and developing training materials, and organizing and delivering training sessions.

2. Coordinate and deliver training sessions: Work with department managers to schedule training sessions and coordinate the delivery of training programs for employees. Conduct training sessions personally or identify and coordinate training from external providers.

3. Evaluate training programs: Evaluate training programs to determine their effectiveness and gather feedback from participants. Use feedback to improve future training programs.

4. Develop talent management programs: Work with the Human Resources Manager to identify and promote the Resort's high-potential employees. Collaborate on succession planning initiatives to ensure that the Resort has a strong talent pipeline for the future.

5. Manage the Learning Management System: Ensure that the Learning Management System is up-to-date and functioning correctly. Maintain and update training records for all employees.

6. Oversee compliance training: Oversee the delivery of mandatory compliance training programs to ensure that all employees are up-to-date and compliant.

7. Stay current with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development. Attend conferences and training sessions to stay informed.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, or related field

- At least two years experience in Learning & Development role

- Experience in hospitality industry preferred

- Proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programs

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

- Ability to work independently and team-work

- Must be fluent in English
