• Operational Excellence:
Oversee and elevate daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards in food quality and customer care.
• Team Management:
Approve work schedules, vacations, and overtime, ensuring workforce performance aligns with company standards.
• Drive for Results and Growth:
Develop motivating strategies to boost team morale and consistently enhance restaurant performance. Proven track record of achieving business growth and maintaining exceptional standards.
• Board of Management Reporting:
Provide detailed reports to the board of management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities. Act as the primary liaison between the restaurant and the board to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
• Bridge Between Employees and Board of Management:
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between restaurant staff and the board of management, ensuring that company objectives are understood and pursued at all levels.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful experience in restaurant or similar business management, including a track record of business growth and maintaining high standards.

• Strong results-driven and growth-focused orientation.

• Exceptional leadership and personnel management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the food industry and hygiene practices.

• Outstanding organizational and decision-making abilities.

Pasta Fresca là một quán ăn chuyên về pasta, lasagna, salad... theo phong cách truyền thống của Ý được xây dựng bởi 2 thành viên người Ý. Quán đi theo mô hình nhỏ, đơn giản, không gian ngoài trời tạo cảm giác gần gũi thân thiện cho khách hàng. Hiện quán đang mở thêm cửa hàng mới nên đang cần tuyển dụng thêm toàn bộ vị trí nhân viên cho quán. Ngoài ra, môi trường làm viêc ở đây sẽ giúp bạn nâng cao, cải thiện khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh và kỹ năng làm việc.
