Hotel Maintenance Technician

1. General Administrative Management

• Organize and execute tasks during the assigned shift.
• Regularly check tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for work.
• Fully update departmental activities during the shift via logs, notice boards, memos, etc.

2. Technical Operations Management

• Operate hotel equipment and technical systems according to established standards.
• Implement emergency procedures for incidents such as elevator rescues, fire response, power/water outages, and gas leaks.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver services that meet hotel standards.
• Receive and handle requests from guests and other departments.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer.

3. Maintenance Management

• Perform scheduled maintenance of hotel infrastructure, equipment, and technical systems.
• Prepare reports related to maintenance activities.

• Probation salary at 85% of official salary, with a probation period of 1–2 months.

• Male, graduated from vocational school or higher in relevant technical fields.
• Strong knowledge and skills in relevant areas such as electricity, refrigeration, mechanics, construction, plumbing; good understanding of equipment and facility maintenance.
• Quick, observant, and skillful in handling incidents or issues that may arise during work.
• Able to work under pressure and outside regular working hours if required.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, honest, and responsible.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and comply with hotel rules and regulations.
• Willing to work overtime and respond to emergencies at any time.
• Age: under 40 years old.
