Giám sát quầy bar - Bar Supervisor

- Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance. / Giám sát hoạt động hằng ngày của quầy bar, đảm bảo vận hành trơn tru và hiệu quả.

- Ensure beverage quality and service standards are consistently maintained in accordance with resort SOPs./ Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn phục vụ và chất lượng đồ uống tuân thủ theo SOP của resort.

- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and bar presentation in line with brand standards / Kiểm soát vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm và hình ảnh quầy bar theo tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu.

- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly. / Xử lý phản hồi và khiếu nại của khách một cách chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời.

- Train and coach staff on beverage preparation, service skills, and service standards./ Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên về kỹ năng pha chế, phục vụ và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.

- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment./ Xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, chuyên nghiệp và hợp tác.

- Monitor and control beverage inventory, materials, and bar equipment./ Quản lý và kiểm soát tồn kho rượu, nguyên vật liệu và công cụ dụng cụ bar.

- Conduct regular stock-taking in accordance with department procedures./ Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ theo quy định của bộ phận.

- Minimize wastage and losses while optimizing operational costs. / Kiểm soát hao hụt, thất thoát và đảm bảo tối ưu chi phí vận hành.

- Assist in developing and updating beverage menus in line with market trends and business direction. / Hỗ trợ xây dựng và cập nhật menu đồ uống phù hợp với xu hướng và định hướng kinh doanh.
