• Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals

• Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals

• Create and implement sales plans that drive : increase volume of guests, food and beverage and event sales.

• Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.

• Assist marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns

• Support the development of customer loyalty - Create and sustain a vibrant Social Media presence for the hotel and restaurant

• Hospitality Management and University Degree

• 2+ years' experience in the same role
