Mô tả công việc

- Issue of VAT invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes

- Collection of debts includes sending reminder letter, contacting debtors

- Attend Account Receivable meetings and report on the status of the debts

- Reconciliation of AR from RMS with General ledger

- Reconcile Bank account monthly and holdings account

- Accrual and Allocate expense at the end of month.

- Recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries.

- Prepare GL posting.

- Prepare monthly Account Receivable report

- Prepare VAT output declaration and reconciliation.

- Perform month end closing : Trial Balance and Balance Sheet, P&L

Yêu cầu công việc

At least one year working experiences as same position in serviced apartments or hotels

Highly self-motivated, initiative and innovative

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind and good verbal & written English communication skills.
