-Search and analyze customer needs by understanding their likes, application translations, dislikes,...

-Have technical knowledge of all spirits and specialty foods in stock.

-Evaluate and replenish wine and spirit collections as needed to suit customer needs.

-Liaise with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned as conveniently as possible for guests.

-Serve meals and maps to customers, assist customers as soon as they need service.

-Make sure the living room is always clean and tidy when necessary.

-Propose and arrange services in the hotel to create the most comfort for customers when staying here.

-Stay up to date on all hotel policies regarding safety and hygiene.

-See customers off in the professional manner required of a butler.

-Pick up and drop off guests upon request

-Perform other tasks as directed by the FOM

Graduated Hospitality Degree

Fluently in English language

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or related are preferred

Knowledge of the hotel industry is an advantage
