A. System administration and internal operations
1. Co-ordinate with the heads of departments to build up salary scales & manning guide
2. Build up the staff benefit system
3. Participate in the development & implementation of HR policies, ensure all HR policies are in line with the current labor law
4. Prepare the annual HR expense budget; be responsible for controlling the HR expense budget
5. Co-ordinate with the accounting department to plan the distribution of the service charge fund
6. Update the departmental organization chart as well as JD
7. Build up, revise and make improvement of the HR Manual as and when needed, ensure all are in line with the current labor law
8. Analyse staff turnover and sick leave with the aim of implementing strategies for reduction.
B. Compensation & Benefits
1. Set up a system to keep track of all employee database
2. Monitor the update of salary & benefits according to market
3. Ensure the monthly payroll proceeded accurately & timely
4. Ensure the social insurance, health insurance & unemployment insurance, personal income tax follow the Vietnamese law as well as company regulations.
5. Responsible for the content of all HR reports submit to government
6. Liaise with the government, police and other authorities and assist with official visits related to them.
7. Assist with employee relation issues in the Hotel including disciplinarians, grievance and capability and ensure incident reports are filed.
8. Full coordination of employment residence visa, renewals, visa medicals and termination of employment.
C. Recruitment & Selection
1. Co-ordinate with the heads of departments to prepare the hiring plan
2. Ensure the bests results for recruitment including quantity & quality
3. Follow up with the response on the new employees’ performance to improve the recruitment results if needed
4. Liaise with department heads & make recommendations regarding appraisal & internal staff transfering
5. Establish and maintain a group of contacts with Hospitality Colleges to set up a system for entry-level employment.
D. Training & Development
1. Design, implement & review general training programs; ensure all employees been fully instructed on HR Manual as well as Hotel’s employee rules and regulations.
2. Manage training and develop activities including training needs analysis & program evaluation
3. Follow up with training plan & training activities of all departments to ensure quality & quantity, ensure adequate learning is undertaken recorded, monitored and reported on.
4. Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s employee rules and regulations and ensure that other staff does the same.
5. Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Resort’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that other staff does the same.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor degree or Diploma/ Certificate in Human Resources
2. 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
3. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and fluent in English.
4. Strong organization skill
5. Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
6. Very good attitude & willing to learn
