Mô tả công việc

3 - 5 years hospitality and experience with luxury properties
Excellent knowledge of accounting software, Excel, PMS and POS
Pre-opening experience, team building and procedures designing (including Accounting / AP / AC / Purchasing / Storing / Cost control)
Strong analysis skills, responsible for cost monitoring within all departments, being proactive in implementing corrective actions
Sense of responsibility for payments proceeding/ receiving in an appropriate timeline / final reports / profit and loss...
Administrative skills, dealing with Local Authorities, Insurance & Bank industry to ensure compliance with all applicable rules & regulations.
