Work efficiency, professionalism, accuracy, and customer service

Manage all front office operations during the evening and overnight shift

Requires ability to lead associate in the department by mentoring that meets/exceeds guest expectations and provides a high level of guest satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years related Front Office experience and one year as Duty Manager

Proficient in Opera

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English to understand instructions, safety rules, and communicate with guests

Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team
