Marketing Coordinator/ Executive

- Follow up all daily, monthly marketing tasks including: monthly promotions, hotel events, hotel activities… in term of collaterals, decorations, Facebook content, Instagram, LCDs, websites…

- Collaborate with the photographer during photo shoots

- Liaise with copywriters and provide them with all required information

- Send all exact and final information to related outsource agencies such as PR, Digital,… to ensure all information and news are up to date on all channels

- Respond to messages in a timely manner and coordinate with related departments as needed

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity

- Support all administration tasks within the department when needed

- Liaise with all operation side for daily operations and procedures

- Understand and adhere to brand guidelines for the entire group

- Ensure all collateral adheres to corporate guidelines

- Drive constant improvement to creative materials by challenging and introducing new and innovative methods of creative execution

- Maintain consistently high standards of creative works and production

- Establish, maintain and enforce corporate artistic standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and market trends to suggest necessary actions for effective strategies

- Ensure deadlines are met both internally and externally.

- Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations

- Work collaboratively with others.

- Send weekly report regarding job status to Line Manager

- Complete additional assignments as assigned by Line Manager and Department Head
