Mô tả công việc

As a HR Officer (Employee Activities), you’ll assist the Human Resources Department by fulfilling various Human Resources duties regarding of general tasks of employee activities. Efficiency, urgency, and initiative will be essential characteristics for this role
Conduct all employee activities such as: Annual outing, Health check, Year-end party, Town hall, Colleagues Heart Beat survey, Celebrate Service Week, Reward and Recognition programs, Employee Cafeteria communication, Friday stories …….
Responsible for designing & posting information, activities to all channels.
Ensure effective all HR activities are in place
Conduct monthly reports
Monitor the progress of HR activities to ensure that the objectives are being achieved
Provide efficient and comprehensive related admin tasks include: internal HR activities documents, employee cafeteria management, locker, name badges, …….
Maintain current information and records of suppliers of activities resources and materials
Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

Diploma in Human Resources, or Business Administration
1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
