Mô tả công việc
- Welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and provide professional food & beverage service.
- Deliver personalized and VIP-level service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Handle reservations, billing, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Promote hotel facilities, special offers, and loyalty programs while maximizing upselling opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the lounge and work areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the team to deliver seamless operations and service excellence.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University Bachelor majored in Hospitality;
- At least 1 years of experience in the similar position in upscale luxury hotels
- Be good at spoken and written English and other languages would be an asset;
- Be fully conversant with the Front Office computer system;
- Have good knowledge of all room types, layout and amenities;
- Have good knowledge of all emergency policies and procedures;
- Have a pleasant and smiling personality.
