Overall purpose of the job: The Account Payable in responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
Key activities:
1. Create and maintain vendor, supplier files/contract.
2. Monitor the implementation of the economic agreement of each supplier, propose to Accounting manager renewal or termination of the contract when they come to maturity date (if any).
3. Manage contract information include but not limit to content, payment method, payment terms, discount on merchandise with economic contracts or signed agreements with suppliers.
4. Record and keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
5. Follow up cash advances account, detail payable of each supplier, long tern collateral & deposit.
6. Manage inventory, cross check and reconcile between actual goods receiving from Operation report and delivery voucher vs supplier’ red invoices.
7. Correspondence with all creditors and vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits and other finance-related inquiries.
8. Follow up on monthly allocation & depreciation, financial expenses and financial income.
9. Store necessary files, documents as required by laws/company policies.
10. Cooperate with Operation team to perform monthly, quarterly and yearly stock count.
11. To perform other related duties and special projects as required by Chief Account/ Finance Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
2. Having 2-3 years experiences.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a plus.
4. Time management and problem-solving.
5. Knowledge of relevant accounting software, especially FAST is a plus.
6. Ability to meet deadline.
7. Proficiency using Microsoft, especially Excel.
8. High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when performing multitask.
