Mô tả công việc
• With Sales & Marketing Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.
• Sell all facets of the hotel properties.
• Establish new business and maintain existing business account through the preparation and execution of action plan for TA and Corp market.
• Maintain a regular sales call pattern
• Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
• Maintain regular contact with the regional network of hotels and reservation center.
• Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager
• Handle all issue related to TA booking: guest feedback, complaint, requirements… communicate with guest.
• Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales
• Report as required on sales activities and successes.
• Attend regular meetings.
• Build profile in market place
• Work in line with business requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Assits guests/reservation via Facebook fanpage
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
- 3 to 4 years experiences in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
