Templates and structures for Feasibility Studies, Operational Budget, Capital Expenditure and Business Forecasts are established, created, reviewed and updated.
The annual budgeting lead and guidance is provided to the projects in charge.
Produce monthly forecasts for all business units, variances are monitored and corrective actions are recommended to ensure financial goals and KPIs are met.
Manage and review the works of the accounting officers to ensure accurate, timely, and record-keeping in all aspects of accounting: revenue, expenses, fixed assets, payable/recievables, tax...ensure compliance with the regulations of the accounting regime, VAS, tax regulations and other relevant laws as well as compliance with the policies and regulations of the Company
Check invoices issued, payment vouchers adequately, accurate and promtly
Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the project. Make recommendations and plans for the Board of Directors to make adjustments to achieve the highest efficiency (if any)
Control Debts, Assest of Projects/Companies in charge
Manage cash and bank deposits of the Project, ensuring stable operating cash flow.
Internal and external audits are conducted regularly, and all standards are met.
Review purchasing contracts, service contracts, leasing contracts submitted by other departments and Accounting dept
Other duties are performed as assigned by the Head Dept

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance
Advanced fluency in English
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong Financial knowledge, Cash flow & Risk management
> 5 years of financial controller experience in hospitality
Ability to prepare reports, synthesize, analyze and evaluate.
Excellent financial/business decision making.
