MAIN ROLES

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing brand and promotional activities for the hotel. Key responsibilities include:

1. Content & Creative Support

Assist in developing social media content plans in line with hotel brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Support the production of visual content, including photography and short-form videos

Proofread marketing collateral and press releases to ensure accuracy and brand consistency

2. Campaign & Promotion Support

Assist with the planning and execution of promotional campaigns

Support the coordination of marketing events and campaigns

Prepare and manage administrative documents required for events and campaigns

3. Coordination & Collaboration

Attend key internal meetings and contribute relevant inputs as required

Support the coordination of hotel photography shoots, talents, and KOLs

4. Brand Alignment

Maintain marketing collateral inventory and conduct periodic audits

Coordinate the production and distribution of merchandise and hotel brand items

Ensure all marketing materials comply with hotel brand standards

Assist in monitoring and upholding brand standards across all marketing touchpoints

SUPPORTIVE ROLES

Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with other departments to ensure clear and effective communication

Support cross-departmental coordination to facilitate smooth business operations

Provide timely assistance to other teams to minimize operational interruptions

Contribute to a collaborative working environment across the hotel

REQUIREMENTS

Good command of English in both spoken and written communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

Minimum internship commitment of 3–6 months

Basic design and video editing skills are an advantage

- Internship allowance: VND 1,900,000/month (paid at the end of each month via Viettel Money).

The allowance will be granted upon fulfillment of the following requirements:

Full attendance in accordance with the standard working schedule of the month (Monday to half-day Saturday for operational positions, or Monday to Friday for administrative positions);

Successful completion of the online knowledge and skills tests assigned by the HR Department, with an average score of 50% or above.

- Meals: Provided according to working shifts at the hotel canteen.

- Uniforms: Hotel provides uniforms with daily laundry service.

- Training content: Training according to international 5-star hotel service standards.

- Internship certificate: Issued by Lotte Hotel Hanoi.

- Outstanding interns: Interns selected by the department for exceptional performance will receive a certificate of merit & an opportunity to experience hotel services (buffet lunch voucher for 2 people plus a bakery voucher, total value VND 2,000,000). A thank-you letter will also be sent to the school.
