Job Summary

The HR Senior Specialist is responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits (C&B), handling expatriate-related matters (including visa, work permit, residence card, and insurance), and supporting HR administrative functions. This role ensures compliance with local labor laws and company policies while delivering efficient HR services to employees and expatriates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time

• Manage employee benefits including social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other company benefits

• Monitor and update salary data, allowances, overtime, and deductions

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal policies

• Prepare C&B reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)

• Support salary review, bonus calculation, and budgeting processes

• Coordinate PIT (Personal Income Tax) declaration and finalization

2. Expats Management (Visa, Work Permit, Residence Card)

• Handle all procedures related to expatriates, including:

o Entry visa and visa extensions

o Work permit application, renewal, and exemption

o Temporary residence card (TRC)

• Liaise with government authorities and agencies (Immigration Department, Department of Labor, etc.)

• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewal of all expat documents

• Support expatriates in onboarding, legal compliance, and relocation

• Manage expat medical insurance and other related benefits

3. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and HR database

• Prepare HR documents such as labor contracts, addendums, and official letters

• Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with labor regulations

• Support internal audits and labor inspections

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

• Prepare regular HR reports as required

4. Other Responsibilities

• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Manager

• Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on C&B and expat management

• Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, tax, and insurance regulations

• Hands-on experience in payroll and HR systems

• Good understanding of expat-related legal procedures
