Mô tả công việc

• Manage the Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point – HACCP) and supporting a safe and efficient hotel operation

• Responsible for HACCP implementation through monitoring, coordination, assessment, verification and follow-up.

• Perform internal audits and reports; report to General Manager in regards to plans and actions.

• Ensure compliance with local legislation.

• Work & collaborate with the Executive Chef for all concerns regarding Food Safety, Sanitation, Pest Control in all kitchens and F&B outlets.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 years of working experience as Hygiene Manager in hotel/ food industry
• HACCP certified
• In-depth understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations and laws.
• Good command in English, both verbal and written.
• Diligence, self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
