Local Purchasing Executive / Food & Beverage

ưPurchasing duties: food ingredients (fresh & dry goods) & drinking water & tools & packaging & chemicals (used in goods industry) & uniforms with the whole process including vendors, PO on SAP, ordering, sending orders, confirming orders goods, monitoring deliveries, carrying out payment certificates, resolving complaints about quality/quantity of delivery with vendors when arises and perform GR/PO checks when needed.

Vendors' development changes when it comes to changing Vendors or looking for better Vendors,

Work with vendor and related departments to build & implement ideas that bring savings in purchase costs.

Find vendors that meet the new materials as required by Culinary Team. Coordinate with Culinary Team to find ingredients for new dishes.

Managing & assessing vendors quarterly/ annually & performing a combination of Commercial & Monitoring contracts - maintaining the re-contract the principle of identification with vendors

Ensuring that the purchase meets food safety standards.

Manage negotiate with vendors & perform an update to the month/quarter/year

Support collect documents for assessments & food safety procedures/ interdisciplinary inspections at the Company.

Making the frequency of the reports: tracking the order 2 times/ month; update on sourcing & weekly affairs; end-of-month/quarterly adjustment report

Fill in data from the Tillerman report monthly for procurement, and sourcing on time.
