• Search for customer information through many different channels to build a potential customer system.
• Proactively contact potential customers in the self-search list or from the hotel's data system to introduce services and party incentives suitable for each season
• Understand the products well to advise customers according to the customer's requirements
• Work with F&B Manager, Chef, and banquet staff on event planning - ensuring all guests' requests are best served.
• Conduct contract signing procedures with customers who agree to use the service.
• Timely support and answer requests and complaints from customers.
• After closing the contract with the customer, sales staff coordinate with the banquet department and related departments to implement the contract, ensuring the customer's requirements.
• Monitor the contract implementation process and service quality so that customers receive the best value.
• Proactively send preferential and promotional information to old customers to persuade them to use the hotel's services again
• Coordinate with relevant departments to quickly fix problems that arise during customers' use of services.
• Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in debt collection.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and implement promotional programs on holidays and New Year; Customer Gratitude; Introducing new products and services to reach and attract customers.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Good market analysis and customer search skills
• Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership skills, communication skills.
• Organizational capability.
• Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
Experience:
• At least 01-years’ experience in the same position with an internationally branded hotel or serviced residence
