Sales & Marketing Internship

• Provides exceptional service to guests and internal customers in other departments at all times to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
• Maintains an efficient and accurate filing system to record all sales agreements, contracts, and quotations.
• Entertains and conducts hotel inspections for clients whenever required.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with the existing clientele and constantly explores new business opportunities.
• Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments, ensuring guests' requests and expectations are being met.
• Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems.
• Ensures all allocated Accounts are being updated regularly and that all activities / events log books are being accurately maintained.
• Follows up on sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Sales Managers / Executives.
• Prepares, compiles, and distributes the weekly or monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments, ensuring guests' needs and expectations are being met.
• Assists the Sales Managers / Executives to follow up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Managers / Executives.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
