Mô tả công việc

1. Reply all incoming emails within 24 hours.
2. 2 Retrieve GDS, BT websites and 3rd parties’ websites bookings at least 3 times a day.
3. Input all reservations accurately, in a timely manner and file all correspondences systematically.
4. Print to file and send 6 months history and forecast reports (include tentative and exclude tentative) in Text and PDF format to Singapore Head Office Revenue team.
5. Print 6 months detailed availability chart and send to all RMO offices in Excel format.
6. Print deposit activity report and follow up payment.
7. Print Reservations Trace report and follow up.
8. Adopt a sales attitude and maximize room sales, spa sales and F&B sales for all properties.
9. Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.

10. Maintain high level of product knowledge for the property.
11. Adhere to availability and rate/plan controls.
12. Upkeep “Shared” drive and update the information properly.
