Sales Coordinator

1. To constantly check filing / tracing system and give advice for improvement.

2. To disseminate hotel information (by mail) to regional sales offices and other Banyan Tree hotels and out side guests as needed.

3. Tracing production of new travel agents / wholesaler and report to DOSM periodically.

4. To handle routine correspondences, i.e. letters/fax/printing daily report/typing welcome cards/inquires, for DOSM

5. To assist DOSM with issuing annual contract and related activities.

6. Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOSM.

7. To establish and maintain effective employee relations through prompt response and helpful attitude.

8. To develop and maintain close working relationship with staff at all levels within Sales & Marketing Division.

9. To conduct site inspection and handle guests’ inquires on behalf of SMs when required.

10. To communicated on a professional level with all tour operators, but with an initial focus on the Russian speaking market and the sales of Spa Pool Villa and Double Pool Villa in particular.

11. To design easy-to read format for various report as instructed by DOSMs.

12. To operate Fidelio system and basic office software in a skillful manner.

13. To remind colleagues to conduct jobs with concern for the environment and resources by reducing use of items and recycling whenever is appropriate.

14. Maintains comprehensive filing system.

15. Be punctual at work.

2. 22 standard working days per month.

3. Pre-opening allowance from 2 million Vietnam Dong to 4 million Vietnam Dong per month.

4. Pre-opening Service Charge bonus 1 million Vietnam Dong per month.
