Mô tả công việc

  • Provide professional advisory and executive support to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic sales goals.
  • Meet financial sales plan by developing new accounts, and managing and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, optimize resources and be able to train and upskill these
  • Develop and increase traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels to improve the overall revenue for the hotel.
  • Correspond and process reservations with potential customers to sell hotel products from email, hotline, OTA, travel agent, and other sources.
  • Ensure price structure optimization
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence and the rate position of competitors.
  • Complete necessary sales documents such as quotations, bookings and contracts promptly.
  • Plan and execute sales calls and visits.
  • Conduct competitor analyses regularly.
  • Assist the General Manager in evaluating the performance of the hotel website/social media and give suggestions on how to promote and improve the presence of the hotel on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 year experience within sales in 4-5 star hotel
  • Thorough knowledge of all sales channels, hotel and tourism industry
  • Good attitude and can work under pressure.
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in spoken and written English
  • Self-driven, pro-active and dynamic
  • Word, Excel, Power Point skills are required.
  • Marketing experience is a plus
