Mô tả công việc

• To report to work within the requested time prior to commencement of duty, well groomed and to uniform standard.

• To be involve in the setting of department targets and objectives, and to monitor and strive for their achievement.

• To ensure the attendants are aware of daily specials, goals set and all activities within the hotel.

• To assist and support Assistant Bar/Outlet Manager in the control of wage costs in line with budgetary requirements, and also implementing of procedures concerning recording of stock movement correct charging of items, billing.

• To input new ideas for service and products to maintain competitive and leading edge.

• Communicate all guest’s comments and complaints to the Outlet Manager.

• Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently

• Upholding high hygiene standards

• Marketing and promoting products

• Hiring and training staff

• Creating weekly work schedules

• Maintain inventory and stock

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2 years experiences in resort of similar size
