Mô tả công việc

  • PR and Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with press, media partners, and editors. Coordinate press visits, prepare media kits, write and distribute press releases, and track coverage across print, online, and broadcast channels.
  • Content Production: Develop compelling written and visual content for social media, website, and owned channels. Manage the content calendar and ensure all content aligns with seasonal campaign priorities and brand standards.
  • Shooting Coordination: Plan and lead photo and video shoots on property, including briefing photographers, styling setups, directing talent or F&B arrangements, and managing post-production asset delivery. Assist with the production and coordination of photo and video shoots as needed.
  • POSM Inspection and Quality Control: Review all printed and digital marketing collateral before deployment. Check for brand compliance, spelling accuracy, print quality, and alignment with brand guidelines. Flag and escalate deviations before materials go live. Maintain brand consistency across signage, collateral, photography, and all guest-facing materials.
  • Digital and Social Media Support: Execute digital strategies to ensure maximum exposure for hotel outlets on digital channels. Pursue, negotiate, and coordinate influencer visits, build briefs to align expectations, and ensure influencers understand the property and brand aesthetic. Support community management across platforms.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide monthly digital KPI and social media reports. Support ongoing improvement to marketing performance using an ROI mindset. Track media coverage and maintain a press clipping log.
  • Agency and Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external partners such as creative agencies, printers, and media outlets. Brief vendors, track deliverables, and escalate delays proactively.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage campaign trackers, content calendars, and asset libraries. Keep all files organized and version-controlled.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Photography and video skills with an eye for aesthetics. Attention to detail and organization. Influencer relations experience. Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral.
  • Strong writing skills in both Vietnamese and English. Confident copywriting, proofreading, and editing across formats.
  • Proficient in Canva. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Not afraid to get hands dirty for the good of the team, and above all, delivers results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Adaptability to remain updated with industry trends and modify approaches accordingly. Resilience, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred but not required.
