• Well-groomed at all times, following the dress code and grooming standards of the hotel and warmly greet guests, willing to offer assistance at all times

• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel entrance and main door areas, ensuring all areas are free of obstacles and traffic through the driveway is controlled

• Adhere to guest contact standards at all times

• Provide up to date knowledge of the services and facilities offered by the Hotel

• Assist guests with vehicular services (taxis and other vehicles) and upon arrival, assist to remove luggage from vehicles

• When assisting with taxi services, help to ensure that drivers provide satisfactory service by informing drivers of any guest preferences or important information and providing guests with hotel contact details in case of emergency

• Knowledgeable in assisting guests for transportation related inquiries and any other important information

• Know daily Hotel activities and events for the day

• Acknowledge VIP guests and always address such guests by name

• Alert Security or Assistant Manager when safety and security breaching situations occur

• Keep track of/note all guests entering and leaving the hotel. Communicate any suspicious activities to the Assistant Manager

• Be familiar with emergency evacuation and fire procedures

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

1. Education: High School and above

2. Service years in the field: 1 year experience in guest service or as a Doorman.

3. Able to work shift, night shift

4. Good communication skills in English
