Ensure full compliance of the wine list with the Lotte Hotel Standards and optimize the beverage / wine revenue in the F&B Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Certificate in Wine

• 3-4 years wine-related in a luxury establishment

• Good English communication skill

• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks

• Strong commitment to service

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Excellent work ethic with a high degree of responsibility

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships

• Willing to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays
