TRỢ LÝ GIÁM ĐỐC KINH DOANH & TIẾP THỊ (ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES MARKETING)

• To take full responsibility for the operation of Sales department. .
• To build and take responsibility for monthly and annual hotel business plans for the department and the hotel, supervise the usage of budget and control selling cost of the department.
• To elaborate and follow the annual budget and target of the Sales department
• To assign staffs to implement the business plan, assign sales team in each market, target clients, maximize revenue and clients from the current market to extend new and potential markets.
• To establish close relationships with target clients such as companies, travel agents, airline companies, representative offices, associations, etc.
• To provide precise periodic reports on business status, expenses usage to Board of Director and General Director as per regulation.
• To be ready to take on other tasks subject to the assignment of General Director.
• To resolve the guest’s inquiry.
• To analyze the quality index and the customers’ comments, set up corrective actions and improvement plans.
• To take responsibility of the Sales department expenses, manage the staff training and development program.
• To coach, train and update professional skills for staffs, keep track and evaluate the achievement of staffs, implement appropriate rewarding and punishment.

• 6 day-off per month

Require Skills

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
• Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Fluency in English (4 skills).
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and POS systems.
• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.

Experience

• 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on the size and complexity of operation.
