Mô tả công việc

• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.

• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

• Responsible for social insurance, health insurance for all employees.

• To be in charge of compensation and benefits tasks including monthly payroll, compulsory insurance by law, and labor contract for all employees

• Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work-related issues.

• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)

• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees • Follow up and record employee's annual leave

• Coordinating control and management of provisional PIT, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

• 2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.

• Outstanding knowledge Labour laws.
