Baieta Restaurant HCM, nestled in the vibrant culinary scene of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is in search of an experienced and passionate Bartender. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience through the artistry of mixology and a profound understanding of wines.

Responsibilities

1. Wine Expertise: Demonstrate a knowledge of wines, including Countries, regions, and pairings.

2. Wine Service: Handle wine service with finesse, ensuring proper storage, decanting, and presentation.

3. Mixology Mastery: Excel in the craft of mixology by managing all signature cocktails and classics ones

4. Customer Engagement: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor wine and cocktail suggestions accordingly.

5. Bar and Cellar Management: Efficiently manage the bar area and wine cellar, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.

6. Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen, the bar and FOH. Foster a collaborative environment that enhances overall operational efficiency.

Skills and qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Bartender with a specialization in wine service.
2. In-depth knowledge of wines, including regions, varietals, and vintages.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
6. Previous experience in a reputable restaurant or bar.
