Mô tả công việc

Job description

- Welcoming guests and performing check-in and check-out procedures.

- Provide information and answer guests' questions about hotels, services and activities around the area.

- Place and confirm guest reservations via phone, email or reservation management system.

- Check room availability and coordinate with other departments to ensure readiness to serve guests.

- Coordinate luggage transportation and escort guests to rooms.

- Carry out payment procedures and manage billing for customers.

- Handle special customer requests, such as booking airline tickets, booking tours, booking dinner tables, booking laundry services...

- Maintain customer privacy and information security.

- Resolve issues that arise during a customer's stay, including moving rooms, providing replacement services or resolving complaints.

- Keep close contact with other departments in the hotel, such as the restaurant, cleaning department, maintenance department, to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Graduated from college or higher with majors related to Hospitality, basic English proficiency

 Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with knowledge of the accommodation/resort/culinary

 Creative, meticulous, decisive, strategic thinking

 Reporting and evaluation skills

 Team work

 Creative and passionate about work.
