Mô tả công việc

Job description

• Follow daily operation procedures in his/her outlet

• Report regularly to the Restaurant Supervisor concerning daily operation

• Ensuring all tasks given by his direct superior are accomplished according to the standards of quality and presentation

• Follow well the sequence service standard as set.

• Greet and welcome the guest warmly and efficiently

• Serve beverage in accordance with the procedures of the outlets

• Pay particular attention to the guest’s needs and anticipate their needs

• Handle requests of the guests effectively

• Attending all training from Food and Beverage and Human Resources

• Clean, prepare and set up the restaurant, including the decoration of the tables and the menu as per Standards of Operation.

• Communicate to the supervisor concerning the needs for all necessary supplies

• Perform other duties as maybe assigned

• Willing to support other associate & new trainee especially.

• Take/ hand over well to the next peer who is taking over the shift

Yêu cầu công việc

Education : Secondary school/ FB vocational/ Basic English

Certification : FB Training certification

Experience : At least 06 months in FB service position in a 3/4 stars Hotel

Knowledge : Proven Management abilities in and demonstrate knowledge of

a) Daily Check list of restaurant

b) Abilities to up-sell Food and Beverages products
